We interviewed choreographer, movement coach and yoga teacher Zoee about the intersection between dance and mental health.
In this interview, Zoee talks about how certain kinds of dance practices can help us to understand ourselves on a deeper level. She explains how dance can offer us the space to explore and express ourselves authentically, and how it can be a way of moving through the range of experiences we have, from grief, to anxiety, to joy.
