The course is taught in-person over 3 consecutive days, 90 minutes per day.

Day 1: We explore the science of stress, the effect it has on the mind and body, what meditation actually is, and how it works. Then, we learn and practice a specific mantra-based meditation technique.

Day 2 & 3: We discuss the mechanics of meditation, how to make it a consistent practice, as well as diving deeper into how the mind works and how our practice influences our lives on physical, psychological, emotional, and relational levels.

By the end of the course you will be a confident meditator and become part of our beautiful community with access to ongoing support from Carly.

The technique is practiced for 20 minutes (ideally twice a day), sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. There is no focus, no concentration, and no control of the mind.

You are given a mantra and are taught how to use it silently and effortlessly to cause the mind and body to relax.

In turn, this allows you to release built up stress and fatigue easily and spontaneously.

Through a daily practice, we become less stressed, more calm, and we begin to tap into our natural state of creativity, clarity and contentment. These effects are often experienced by the end of the Learn To Meditate course.
